Seven points to improve your day

hearts-28354_1280Beats me where I got these seven points (possibly from Courtney at Be More with Less), but written out on a small sheet of notepaper are seven ways to turn around a bad day or a poor attitude.  The sheet resides on my dresser, and I review it each morning as I get dressed.

A nice way to start the day!

Here they are:

Be grateful

Write a letter

Enjoy a meal

Take a walk

Create something beautiful

Help someone

All of these are great, simple ways to improve your attitude.
