Pursuing happiness

I am pursuing happiness
since I can remember
and
today
I started thinking differently.
Maybe I don’t have to pursue happiness
in the things I don’t have
but in the things that already are in my life.
I will start doing that
now.
Hope something change.

This poem is reprinted (verbatim) from a very nice blogsite, Magalie Linda.   Magalie Linda blogs about her travels and minimalistic living.

It aptly expresses what I am trying to embrace in life – appreciating the beauty that God has created for us, and realizing that this beauty is already accessible in my life.
